In case of cancellation before the delivery date no amount will be deducted and the entire amount will be refunded back. Please note that this may not apply under all circumstances. An example where this does not apply can be a case where the customer orders for a cake and flowers and then requests for a cancellation. We will only refund the entire amount if the cake has not been ordered with the bakery else we will deduct the order value of cake and refund the balance amount.

Q: I cancelled my order and do not see a refund yet?
A: Please note that it may take upto 7 working days for us to issue a refund from our end and then another 3 working days by your bank to update their records. This is the case if the payment has bee made by a credit card.
If he payment has been made using Net Banking or Debit card the refund can take upto 14 days to reflect in your Bank Account statement.

Q: My transaction has been denied and I have received a "Transaction Failure Mail from CC-Avenue". What do I do now?
A: You can try to place another order as you will be charged only for one order; for which the transaction has been approved. In case you are short of time you can contact us on +91 98132 13619 or drop us an E-mail.

Q: I do not wish to get verified by Visa or Master Card! Can I still make the payment on Send Flowers To India?
